Janet has many years’ experience within the New Homes and Housing Association industries, having worked as a Sales Advisor, Sales Manager and Sales Director, she recognises what a good sales professional looks like.

Louise McDermott
Recruitment Manager
With a wealth of experience in the new homes industry Louise is our Temporary Recruitment Manager covering all of your day to day staffing requirements.
Louise has successfully grown the temp desk, covering developers needs nationwide.
Louise’s career started working on site as a Sales Advisor in New Homes.
She spent a few years utilising her degree and working in Education, but she never lost the passion for the industry and made the decision to return.
Her attention to detail and previous experience will help Louise provide an excellent service to our clients and candidates.
